Both tugs arrived at the repair yard in 2014 and overhaul and repairs have commenced.
The works have stopped in 2015.
Amongst other works that have been done on the tugs the following works took place:
Main engines, generators (electric part) and some pumps dismantled
Parts were overhauled and returned and stacked outside onboard.
Tug West was drydocked end 2014.
Accommodation and wheelhouse is complete
Sale as is/where is Rotterdam area.

The last known flag was Dutch Flag and vessels were deleted from that flag in October 2014, as far as we are aware the tugs are currently not registered.

Inspection time and dates
Inspection is only possible on 9 September 2024 and 10 September 2024 between 9.00 and 16.30 hrs CET. During inspection days a technician will be available.
No email or phone number of the technician will be provided. Technical questions can be asked during those days only.
Technical information, like drawings, certficates etc what is available can be viewed during those 2 days.
Location of the tugs
The tugs are located at Bogenda Repair BV, Ringdijk 396,2983GS Ridderkerk (Rotterdam area)The Netherlands.
For easy reference, this is next to the Fast Ferry Transferium in Ridderkerk.
When travelling by public transportation, the easiest way is to go by subway (metro) to station Leuvehaven, there walk to the riverside and take the Fast Ferry to Ridderkerk. The Fast Ferry stops next to the location of the Tugs.
Location rules
Any person upon entering the premises of Bogenda Repair BV is to follow the instructions given by the staff. The LOI and passport must be shown.
PPE must be worn at all times, without PPE like safety helmet and safety shoes access will be denied. Inspectors to arrange for their own PPE.
LOI for inspection
Every interested party must have an LOI signed and sent prior to inspection. Upon receipt of same permission for inspection shall be given. See also location rules.

No Pre Auction deal
It is not possible to make a Pre Auction deal so there will be no response on any questions like this.
Minimum Price
There is a minimum price set of Euro 150.000,- for each tug.

For sake of good order the tugs are sold strictly as is where is.
Delivery
A successful buyer is bound to fulfil the Payment Obligation as mentioned in the Conditions of Sale ultimately on 24 September 2024. The buyer is to remove the vessel(s) within 7 days after the date of full payment.
For any day after these 7 days, if the vessel(s) is/are not being removed, the port will charge Euro 500,- per day for each tug to be paid prior to departure.
There are other facilities in the direct area where the tugs can be shifted to after delivery.
All drawings, manuals, certificates etc belonging to the vessel will be placed on board.
